The Preformed Threadable Sealing Mastic is used to seal areas of the vehicle which contain wide gaps between sheets and to repair paintwork in areas difficult to reach using threadable plastisol. It is a thermally cured product used to seal sheets, protecting the automotive body from noise, dust penetration and corrosion brought about by water infiltration.
The material can be applied in all places containing sheets junctions, around shock absorber towers, rain gutters, door finishing, the hood, trunk lids etc.
In order for the Preformed threadable Sealing Mastic to achieve its physical-chemical properties, it must be activated at a temperature of at least 170ºC. It can be expanded by between 0 to 200%.

Due to the very fact they are hollow, they propagate sound and amplify the outside noise and vibrations when the vehicle is in motion. Furthermore, the cavities also allow penetration by humidity, which is why they are considered high corrosion risk areas.
The Preformed Cavity Protection is a thermoplastic, single component material, which is expanded at hot temperatures, and was created to ensure sound insulation and maximum anti-corrosion protection in vehicle cavities.
Following submission to a minimum temperature of 160ºC, the product forms a spongy structure of closed cells, and can expand by 0 to 1000%. It is applied manually, and attached mechanically, allowing the e-coat to be drained.

The Vinicol Plastisol for Transfer and Fabrics Line has been developed for use in off-set and silk screen printing, and can be applied on a wide range of fabrics (100% cotton, synthetic or mixed).
After being applied on specific paper, the Plastisol for Transfer is transferred to the fabric using a normal press, along with the plastisol for paper printing. The Plastisol for Transfer can also be applied directly on fabrics.
The material is cured quickly, speeding up the material transfer process.
On fabric, it presents high resistance to washing, has excellent flexibility, gloss and cover.
